ABOUT US

At Reset and Shine, our mission is deeply personal.
The Reset Project was born from lived experience — of trauma, of survival, and of rebuilding life from the ground up.
As a family, we’ve walked through hardship that most never see. We’ve experienced the emotional weight of trauma, PTSD, and the isolating reality of time spent in women’s refuge. We’ve also navigated the daily challenges of supporting a neurodivergent child — a journey that has taught us just how overwhelming life can become when support systems are limited and compassion is scarce.
We know what it’s like to feel unseen, exhausted, and buried by the mental load — not because of lack of care, but because of circumstances beyond your control.
THAT'S WHY THE RESET PROJECT EXISTS
We offer free or subsidised support for individuals and families affected by mental illness, chronic disorganisation, or unsafe living environments. But we’re not just about cleaning — we provide trauma-informed home resets, gentle coaching, and practical, compassionate care to help people restore order, safety, and self-worth in their homes and lives.
For many of our clients, mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief, burnout, or trauma have made it difficult to keep up with daily tasks. Their homes may reflect their internal struggles — and that’s where we come in. We meet people where they are, without judgment, and help them take their first step toward healing.
We work closely with health professionals, GPs, and community workers to support those who need it most — especially those who have fallen through the cracks. Every Reset we do is a chance to restore dignity, build trust, and remind someone they are not alone.
FOR US, THIS ISN'T JUST WORK - IT'S OUR PURPOSE
We offer accessible, supported services for individuals and families affected by mental illness, chronic disorganisation, or unsafe living environments.
